Ian Whicher is a Professor and Head of the Division of Faith on the College of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. He focuses on Hinduism and the Yoga custom and is the creator of scholarly books and quite a few articles together with, The Integrity of the Yoga Darśana (SUNY Press), and coeditor of Yoga: The Indian Custom (Routledge Curzon). Dr. Whicher has a brand new guide popping out quickly, titled Essays on the Yoga Sutra: Partaking the World in Freedom and is presently writing a guide on The Yoga of Intelligence.
