I’m sick and tired of people saying either you may not make money with AdSense or you aren’t making money in specific niches, like ‘blogging help’ or ‘making funds online. I think some blog writers feel that bloggers, webmasters, and folks that work online for an existing won’t click on AdSense adverts at all. That’s not been our experience at all. Google AdSense can make you money on virtually any website or blog in different niches passively and easily. The amount of money depends on your niche if you’ve set up your blog effectively.
I started thinking about any comment I read a little bit ago. The comment creator said that the ads detracted from the actual content, and many people in my “niche” would not put AdSense on their website. He went on to state that my target audience has been someone who probably knows and also uses AdSense – and chances of them clicking are, in reality, “very low”. It’s amusing because the way the particular comment was phrased, you should almost think someone ticks a Google AdSense advertising they’ve been “tricked” into accomplishing this!
I think a lot of bloggers sense this way. I don’t sense this way, though, and Now I’m ready to tell you why. You ought to consider AdSense as a “compliment” to your website and something that will offer your readers potential benefits. They have landed on your website or searching for some information. What if you can’t offer it? What if you don’t have that? Have you ever gone to a realtor or perhaps a car salesman that failed to have what you wanted instructions, but they “referred” you to one who did? Think of AdSense advertising as a “paid referral”. If visitors see something they believe will benefit them (bloggers and webmasters or not) – they will click to discover what it’s about.
The position I learned a few years ago is about leaving money revealed. This was a phrase My partner and I first heard from AdSense legend Joel Comm a few years rear (just Google him). She has an AdSense expert who feels he shouldn’t be causing small amounts of money laying around if he can collect these individuals – because it adds up! Month after month, week after week, week after week – it all adds up! This phrase is accurate; who would like to leave money all around?
Think about this in perspective for just a moment. What stage is the best blog or website on? A hundred visitors a day (if that)? Five Hundred? A thousand? If do you think you should be making money? What kind of money will you be making? On the web, a firm believer in setting up profit points on your blog from day one. On the web, also living proof that you can monetize day one on a blog which only gets 20-30 visits daily. I’ve had several personal blogs and websites with minimal traffic (they get more now) that made $1-2 daily from AdSense alone.
In my opinion that AdSense can be money-making as well as an indicator. My catchphrase is: “Use AdSense, so your bounce charge doesn’t hit you for the can on the way out the door, but rather drops a few coins with your jar. ” Everyone has a new “bounce rate”. This is a name you find in Google Analytics after you setup web site stats for your site. The bounce level is the percentage of people visiting your site and swiftly leaving without doing anything (probably because they didn’t find what they wanted). Because of the variety of ways folks can visit your blog (and find you in
search), everyone has a bounce level. It’s a Google analytic “to watch” because you surely may want nearly everyone that arrives at your blog rapidly leaving. What good is 500 unique visitors a day if most of them quickly leave as you didn’t have the content they will want? I think (a rebound rate of) 90% or over is pretty bad; 60-90% will be expected once you get 25+ quality posts, 40-60% is excellent, and under 40% will be impressive!
Let me give you a strategy regarding your “bounce rate”…
You should use Google Analytics and check your bounce rate at least once weekly for an active website.
Take steps to reduce your rebound rate:
List recent and also popular posts in your sidebar
Have a working prominent search field
Have both a contact page and an about webpage
Offer “related posts” on each page
Link similar and also complimentary posts and types on every page
Once you’ve completed everything you can to keep these on your site, monetize the particular bounce rate you can’t handle!
There always seems to be several purists or lone holdout who says to my debate – “that’s unprofessional”, as well as “it detracts from your content”, or “there are better strategies to monetize a site like this… micron – you get the picture. My answer is to you – first of all, On the web; not an A-List blogger (yet), so I’m not thinking about it ruining my “image”. I can certainly make more money (at a time) by different means on these blog instructions, but I’m not doing any money now from rebounded traffic anyway! In other words, instructions AdSense is set up within this blog (and most of my others) to make income from visitors who WERE CAUSING ANYWAY!.
What kind of person currently? Are you a saver or maybe a spendthrift? Have you seen this kind of commercial where they offer to help “round up” your shopping on your VISA card and deposit the change from just about every transaction to savings account with your name? I knew a woman who did this (rounded up every purchase throughout her chequebook register) for one year; she saved $5 000! Would you go if you passed a similar table every day and it possessed loose change that would be long gone the next day? Don’t leave money available – it could be your biggest blogging mistake! Not being profitable with AdSense is only money that you’re throwing away… some sort of.
