India objects to Pakistan's assertion on Hindu settlements in Kashmir

New Delhi, Could 01 (ANI): India objected to Pakistan international ministry assertion over resettlement plans of tens of 1000’s of Hindus in new townships within the disputed Muslim-majority area of Kashmir. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley dismissed Pakistan’s remarks on the creation of particular townships for Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir, stating that the neighborhood, together with Muslims and Sikhs, are an integral a part of the state. Pakistani international ministry spokesperson Tasnim Aslam had stated that an Indian plan to resettle tens of 1000’s of Hindus in new townships within the disputed Muslim-majority area of Kashmir is a violation of UN Safety Council resolutions. Minister of State within the Prime Minister’s Workplace, Jitendra Singh stated that Jammu and Kashmir is a necessary a part of India.
