A mob suspected to be members of a right-wing organisation allegedly beat up a Muslim man and broken his automotive Monday afternoon after he arrived on the metropolis’s tehsil to marry a Hindu lady.
Native police mentioned on Tuesday that they’d taken suo motu cognisance of the incident late Monday evening and booked two suspects who have been accompanied by greater than half a dozen unidentified perople and thrashed the person.
Sahil Khan (24), a resident of Salarpur close to Banghel in Noida and native of Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and Preeti Singh of Bijnor in western Uttar Pradesh had arrived on the tehsil to register their marriage.
