In Hinduism, yogas are totally different paths for reunification with the divine, Brahman. On this lecture, professor Galindo discusses the distinction between the yoga and advaita vedanta method to liberation, after which describes the 4 main yoga paths: bhakti yoga (the trail of devotion), karma yoga (the trail by means of work/obligation), raja yoga (the trail by means of meditation and psychophysical mastery), and jnana yoga (the trail the the mind & examine).
