What Age Do You Actually Have? Age Biological

108

People have always wanted to be “forever young,” and today’s society is no exception. So we want to slow down the aging process. Best way to find the age calculator.

The rate at which we age can be measured; this is known as biological age, or how old your body truly is.

In the United States, the field of study known as longevity, previously known as anti-aging, is trendy.

I’m very interested in it and see it as a big part of my and my client’s future.

Your chronological age is your actual age.

The biological age of your body is the age of your cells.

Today, we will look at how to determine your biological age and how to improve it.

A few of the longevity factors on the list surprised me!

(Serious question!)

What is the meaning of life? I don’t mean anything serious, like procreation.

I mean, what most people’s AIM in life is. What do they hope to gain from their time on Earth?

People, first and foremost, want to be happy. But, of course, it’s much easier said than done.

Happiness is a mental state. It’s an emotion.

Inquire with someone who has a lofty goal. (like building a successful business or losing more than three stone).

“What will achieving your goal accomplish for you?”

They frequently say things like, “When I get there, I’ll feel happy,” “satisfied with myself,” or “I’ll feel proud.”

“I’ll be more energetic.”

“I will not be afraid to try new clothes or go out with friends.”

“I don’t want to be a slave to food.”

“I don’t want to fear looking in the mirror or stepping on the scales.”

Life is all about emotions.

People spend their entire lives looking for feelings! (mostly happiness, contentment, satisfaction, and love)

We all have different ways of achieving this state of “happiness.”

Most people I know aspire to a good job (or business) that pays well.

All with the ultimate goal of enjoying a comfortable retirement.

“When I finish work, I’m going to do this, or I’m going to… (insert goal),” I hear people say.

The point here is that if people’s primary goal is to be happy and have a nice retirement, then keeping your body fit and healthy must be part of your plan.

I know a very wealthy man who died of cancer just before his retirement; I’m sure that was not part of the master plan; he had built his business to sell it and have a nice pension. (as most business people do).

He didn’t make it and was unable to “cash out.”

Many people do not reach retirement age because their “plan” is flawed.

Without sounding depressing, remember that we only have one shot.

This is NOT practice.

Many people reach retirement age with a ruined body!

This limits their ability to enjoy their time off as much. Living under a lot of constraints. “I can’t go there because it’s a steep hill,” or “I can’t do that because my back or knees hurt.”

This is the last thing anyone wants after working hard for 40-50 years to provide a good pension and retirement.

People’s bodies are analogous to automobiles.

On the one hand, new cars with high mileage have not been adequately serviced.

On the other hand, old cars with low mileage have been well-maintained.

When you retire, I want you to be like a well-maintained old car with low mileage.

I know some people who work hard and reach 40 while feeling and looking 50 or 60!

I also know many people who reach retirement age and feel they could work and exercise for another 20 years!

This depends on how we live our lives; obviously, there are things like injuries, diseases, and other nasty things that can hurt our lives through no fault of our own, but on the whole, we have control over our health.

What factors influence our longevity?

Scientists agree that all of these factors, big or small, affect your longevity somehow. (this is not a definitive list)

Muscle mass and power
Education level
How proactive are you about going to the doctor if necessary
The number of friends and lovers you have in your life.
Your eating habits
High blood pressure
Your upper body power
Whether you enjoy your job or not, whether you smoke/drink alcohol, and the amount
Whether you exercise or not

Most of us shorten our lives and eventually kill ourselves due to bad habits and lifestyle choices.

As you might have guessed, it is possible to slow down and even reverse the onset of aging.

I must state that there is nothing wrong with getting older; it is unavoidable. We should be proud of it as an opportunity to demonstrate our wisdom to the next generation.

This article shows you how to SLOW and ENJOY the aging process.

The Aging Procedure

Unfortunately, as we age, our bodies begin to slow down and lose their ability to function correctly.

But, by living a healthy lifestyle and making the right daily choices, we can postpone our bodies’ aging by years!

Consider how much more enjoyable your retirement will be if you feel like a 40-year-old. And spend it with the people you care about.

Consider how much you’ll enjoy it if you can barely walk up a flight of stairs without getting tired and out of breath.

Your chronological age doesn’t need to be the same or worse than your physiological age.

How to Slow the Aging Process

The list above helps, but here are a few more suggestions to help you beat the clock.

When some people think of anti-aging products, I’m sure some of you think of anti-wrinkle creams and lotions, hair dyeing products, botox, and possibly even plastic surgery.

That sums up some of the Western worlds in that these are the steps that most people will take to look younger (plastic surgery being an extreme example) rather than eating healthily and exercising.

Aging causes muscle loss, mental function loss, low mobility, and a lack of energy, and as you know, the cosmetic anti-aging steps I mentioned won’t help with any of these.

Top natural ways to delay aging:

Enjoy the Outdoors – Don’t spend your entire day indoors behind a computer or watching television. There is plenty to do and see outside, and on a nice day, nothing beats going for a walk with the family through the park or along the beach. Sunlight is also a good source of vitamin D.

Yoga and meditation are two of the most important strategies for staying young, in my opinion. I started doing it myself, and it truly makes me happy. Yoga and meditation can significantly help you relax and lower your stress levels (which are linked to aging). It can also help you see things more clearly.

Yoga is also good for your flexibility; the more flexible and supple you are, the less likely you are to fall and lose mobility in the future.

Socialize – Loneliness can be deadly. Spend as much time as possible with your friends and family. Get out there and do things like attending movies, concerts, or taking an evening class. (the more mentally stimulating, the better).

Stay Strong and Active – You must keep moving, or your body will halt. Therefore, it is critical to engage in regular exercise. Strength training should be done regularly.

You want to avoid losing muscle mass or at least postpone for as long as possible, so strength training will help with that, as will keeping your bones strong, which will reduce your chances of osteoporosis.

Nutrition

I believe that food is medicine and that many of the effects of modern medicine can be obtained by eating the right foods.

Biochemistry is influenced by nutrition. However, Biochemistry has an impact on everything at the cellular level.

Some medications should not be required if you eat well.

It will also show if you spend your entire life eating fresh, natural whole foods and staying active. You will most likely be lean, mobile, disease-free, and full of energy, which is becoming increasingly rare.

It would be best if you ate a diet high in quality fats and protein (the body’s building materials) to help you maintain your muscle stores. Protein also increases the production of HGH in your body, which is your body’s natural “fountain of youth.”

The production of this hormone slows significantly as you age; however, regular strength exercise (lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects) and quality protein keep the production of this hormone going!

Consume various antioxidant-rich foods – Antioxidants found in colorful fruits and vegetables aid in reducing the damage caused by free radicals in your system.

Free radicals, which are unstable electrons (O1 molecules) produced during metabolism, can hasten the onset of aging. This is because they cause damage to the cell nucleus and mitochondria.

Free radicals are like pinballs inside your cells, causing damage every time they collide with something. They wreak total havoc.

Antioxidants supply the free radical with the extra O1 molecule required to convert to stable O2 molecules.

Consuming high-quality natural foods is the best way to combat these harmful free radicals. Raw organic foods are high in antioxidants, which neutralize free radicals before they cause significant damage.

Consume omega-3 fatty acids; they fight inflammation, improve skin appearance, and aid brain function. Three essential things we require as we age. So ensure you get as many omega-3s into your system as possible; fresh fish is the best source, but a fish oil supplement will suffice.

Reduce Sugar Intake – Aim to eliminate any excess sugar from your diet; excess sugars can modify essential proteins in our bodies, leading to wrinkles and energy loss.

Take care of your skin by eating well and drinking plenty of water. In addition, eating foods high in vitamin A (sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, and carrots), vitamin C (red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, and pineapple), and vitamin E (nuts, seeds, and spinach) can help your skin look healthy.

Stop smoking and limit alcohol consumption – Few things age you faster than smoking and drinking alcohol daily, so quit smoking and drink as little as possible.
